Bio
Caleb Lathrop, a Nashville based country singer songwriter, hails from a small town in Eastern Oregon called Elgin. He grew up playing & loving sports, hunting, fishing and kept active in the great outdoors riding dirt bikes, playing basketball, baseball or shooting guns. Originally on the path of college baseball, an injury took him off the field of baseball and helped land him in the field of music. Constantly working to perfect his songwriting and singing, Caleb finds peace in writing music, but mostly gets his most authentic joy in creating something people can relate to and be moved by. Whether he’s writing about the devastating loss of lifelong close friends in “Heaven Down Here” or penning a song about heartbreak in “I Seen A Cowboy Cry," Caleb strives to connect with his growing fan base through a meaningful three minute or so listen. With his first album “Bitter Sweet,”out in 2023, followed by "Where We Lie" produced by Sergio Sanchez, Caleb is making his mark and much more to come in 2024.
